MaxChino was established in 1998 in California USA. 5 years later it was relocated in Sydney Australia which became a 100% Australian owned local private company.  For quality control and co-ordinating MaxChino set up a representative office in Pudong Shanghai China in 2004.

There are two major business fields under MaxChino.
